Sweet Motivation LLC was founded by Kim Hoyt, a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) who has lived with diabetes for over 42 years. Kim knows firsthand what it feels like to be unprepared — and how empowering it finally feels to have the right tools.
