Sponsor a Prevent-A-Pak for someone you care about today!

At Sweet Motivation, we believe every child/person deserves to feel safe and supported while managing diabetes. You can make a difference by sponsoring a Prevent-A-Pak Sick Day Started Bag for a certain amount of people, a local school, church, or facility. This gift may be tax deductible.

How It Works

1. Select "Donate to a School" at checkout.
2. Provide your name and contact information as well as which organization you would like the bag/bags to go to. 
3. We will deliver the Prevent-A-Pak directly to that organization in your name, along with additional diabetes education assistance for them. 
4. The school/facility will send you a receipt for your tax records.

Your donation provides peace of mind, essential diabetes supplies, and a safer environment for students and people with diabetes. 

In 2025 we had bags donated to 80 individual children and 26 schools within Wyoming so far.
